Just like many people, I am looking for that next great workout song. I tend to gravitate towards rap or pop when I run because the beats motivate me. When I'm in the car, at a party, or wherever, and I hear a song I like, I use the Shazam app on my iPhone to capture and identify the song. Then when I get home I can reference Shazam and download the song.
Yesterday I learned about a website called Run Hundred. Chris from Run Hundred contacted me and was nice enough to provide his official list of the Top Workout Songs for September:
Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Afrojack & Nayer - Give Me Everything (Sidney Samson Remix)
Nicki Minaj - Super Bass
Switchfoot - Dark Horses
Gym Class Heroes & Adam Levine - Stereo Hearts
Lady GaGa - Edge Of Glory (Bare Noize Remix)
Pitbull & Marc Anthony - Rain Over Me
Nadia Ali, Alex Kenji & Starkillers - Pressure (Alesso Radio Edit)
T.I. & B.o.B. - We Don't Get Down Like Y'all
LMFAO, GoonRock & Lauren Bennett - Party Rock Anthem (Russ Chimes Remix)
Alexandra Stan - Mr. Saxobeat
Although I rarely, rarely run races with music, I might make a playlist for this Saturday's 5k!
I'm going to start making this a monthly post on here so stay tuned!
Thanks! I'm compiling my marathon playlist...now have a couple more to add!
ReplyDeleteAwesome! I also recommend "Moves Like Jagger" by Maroon 5 and "Raise your Weapon" by Deadmau5.
